What is the Grove City Town Center DORA?
Adults 21 and older can purchase alcoholic drinks at approved liquor-permitted establishments and then enjoy sipping, strolling, shopping, and exploring within the Grove City Town Center boundaries.
Important: Before leaving any establishment with your drink, ask for a special DORA cup. Only drinks in these official cups are allowed inside the DORA—no cans, bottles, or outside purchases permitted.
DORA Hours
2 PM to Midnight, Monday through Sunday
Except Thursday, Oct. 29 and Saturday, Dec. 2
Rules & How It Works
- Purchase a drink at a DORA-authorized location and get it in a marked DORA cup.
- Enjoy your beverage while strolling sidewalks and inside shops within the DORA boundaries.
- Do not take your drink from one liquor-permitted DORA establishment into another — finish or discard it first.
You Can:
- Buy a drink at authorized spots & enjoy it in an official DORA cup.
- Bring your drink into shops without liquor licenses (check signage first).
- Dispose of your cup properly — keep Grove City clean!
- Respect non-drinkers & keep the vibe family-friendly.
You Cannot:
- Bring your own alcohol into Town Center.
- Carry drinks not in a DORA cup (no cans, bottles, or outside drinks).
- Take a drink from one DORA bar into another — finish or discard first.
