Southwest Public Libraries' (SPL) mission is to serve as the community's center for independent lifelong learning.
SPL has two locations serving Southwest Franklin County. The Grove City Library, 3959 Broadway, Grove City, Ohio 43123 (614-875-6716) and the Westland Area Library, 4740 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43228 (614-878-1301)located in the Lincoln Village Shopping Center.
