Abby utilizes vintage and vintage-inspired frames to house her acrylic paintings of organic forms such as florals and figures. Her approach to composition is heavily derived from art history, and the study of gesture drawings and impressionist paintings. Her work ranges from completely abstract to more deliberate forms and figures. Each composition creates a different mood by utilizing color combinations, brush strokes, and layers of paint.
